I live in Cornwall, UK with my husband Trev and Westies Ollie, Snowy and Billy (we rescue Westie Elders).
Suara Sound Academy was founded in 2011, teaching and empowering others to use the Clear, Cleanse, Balance System of tuning forks I developed. I also share my channelled bespoke tuning forks.
We have Ambassadors of Sound internationally and nationally. Over the 10 years I have been teaching I have trained over 330 students in Tuning Fork Sound Therapy.
Many health benefits may be felt using the tuning forks as you just relax and bring about a sense of peace within. The body responds and a homeostasis is felt, like a reset button. I am very passionate about empowering people to take their own health and well-being back into their own hands and believe in a metaphysical approach to health and well being.
Following a 13 year career as a district nurse with a first class honours degree, then being diagnosed with ME, I embarked on firstly a ‘mission’ to get better myself (which I fully achieved) and now am passionate to share the vibrations for self care for optimum healing and well being.
I am an author, teacher, musician, mentor and visionary and am thrilled to bring my lifework to a global platform.
